These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IBO Player application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
IBO Player is a media player application. It is a software tool that plays audio and video content supplied entirely by you, the user. IBO Player does not provide, sell, host, stream, distribute, aggregate, or bundle any media content, television channels, films, series, playlists, or subscriptions of any kind. The Service contains no pre-loaded content.
You are solely responsible for any content, links, playlists, or URLs you add to or play through the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to access and use any content you provide. You must not use the Service to access, stream, or distribute any content that infringes the intellectual-property rights of others or that is illegal in your jurisdiction. We do not monitor, control, or take responsibility for user-provided content.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service on a single device per activation for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.
The Service may be offered with a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires activation through a paid plan. Prices are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party reseller / merchant of record, who handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Activation applies to a single device identifier.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: (a) using it for unlawful purposes; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfering with the Service's operation; or (d) using it to infringe any third party's rights.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with any particular content source, as content sources are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBO Player and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any content accessed by users through the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
