1. Try Before You Buy

Every device includes a 7-day free trial with full functionality. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to confirm the app works with your own content and devices before purchasing.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid activation, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the issue is related to the app's functionality. Simply contact us with your order details and device ID.

3. When Refunds May Not Apply

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
Issues caused by your own content provider, playlist, network, or hardware — IBO Player is a player only and does not control external content sources.
Violations of our Terms of Service.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@ibovpro.com with your purchase email, order number, and device MAC address. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method by our reseller / merchant of record.
